Terms of Service
General Service Terms
Grizzly Goldens reserves the right to decline applications or services to ensure the best fit for both parties and maintain the quality of our breeding program. This is not a reflection on applicants personally, but rather a commitment to responsible placement and program standards.
Grizzly Goldens holds the right to update all products, pages, including this one, and is not bound to explicitly state all corrections made. We'll do our best to keep you in the loop about major changes, though.
Waitlist Terms
Grizzly Goldens reserves the right to place a person ahead on the Waitlist if:
- Their puppy passed away within the first two (2) years of their life,
- Their puppy needed to be rehomed due to circumstances outside of the owner's control,
- Grizzly Goldens failed to add them to the Waitlist correctly or before adding someone else to the Waitlist.
Grizzly Goldens will not change a client's position on the Waitlist other than the above-mentioned situations and vows to protect the position of their clients with a placed deposit.
Breeder's Pick: Grizzly Goldens reserves the right to select the first male and/or first female puppy from any litter for our breeding program before offering puppies to waitlist clients. This ensures we can continue producing quality puppies for future families.
Warranty & Accuracy
This website is for display and transactional purposes only. While we put every effort into making sure that all information is up to date and all products are properly described and inventoried, it is possible—both through human and technical error—that there may be a typo, omission, lack of inventory, or other such errors.
Grizzly Goldens is not liable for any changes or rejections to your order based upon the situations mentioned above. We're good, but we're not perfect. (If we were perfect, this sentence would have been funnier.)
Content & Your Data
When you upload content to Grizzly Goldens, whether it is personal information, text, or images, you are giving express permission for us to store and duplicate such data as is necessary for our business purposes.
However, we take privacy very personally. We will not sell, disclose, or rent your data to any other company without express permission from you. Your information is yours, and we respect that.

We Never Sell Your Personal Information to Third Parties.
We do not display third-party advertisements on our site. Consequently, we do not have any ads that will track or target you. The only web tracking we do is through necessary cookies and analytics, which provide us statistics on our web traffic to help us better understand those we're serving and how to serve them better.

Like any other website, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in log files includes your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider), the browser you used to visit our site, the time you visited our site, and which pages you visited throughout our site.
